SECTION I. COPYRIGHT AND PERMISSIONS

1. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original work.

2. I, the artist, retain full right to reject a request that makes me uncomfortable, or you're from my blacklist.

3. By commissioning me, you agree to let me post the work on my website social account to prevent art theft. Exceptions can be discussed or a NDA fee may be applied (5% of the total cost).

4. The artwork is for personal use only and it should not be used for any commercial purposes.

5. The clients may repost the artwork as long as credit is given (a link back to my account/website, or showing my watermark).

6. Please do not resell, trade, trace, edit, use it for AI or claim the work as your own.​​

SECTION II. PAYMENTS AND WORKING

1. I accept payment in GBP. Payments can be made through PayPal invoices or Ko-fi.

2. Full payment is required.

3. Once the commission has started even just a sketch, there will be NO FULL refunds. If the client wants to cancel the commission, please do it ASAP.​​

4. Failure to respond within 5 days after establishing communication during the request discussion period, will automatically cancel the request and the process will need to be started over. If this is repeated more than 2 times, you will be blacklisted. Please value the artist's time.

SECTION III. WORKFLOW

​

1. You will be given a notification when the work is started.

2. WIP and updates:     

a). Usually, you will receive four updates in total: sketch, line art, base colour and the fully shaded. Any major changes or revisions must be made before the base colour stage. After the line art has been approved, no major edits or changes will be allowed. When the final image reaches the client, they may still ask for minor adjustments such as colour or contrast correction.     

b). Progress will be paused until each stage is confirmed.     

c). All monochrome types (default colour option) will not have a progression update.

3. Average work time should be around three days to a week, at a maximum of two weeks. This can be different depending on work complexity and real-life matters.​​

SECTION IV. WILL DRAW & NOT DRAW

1. When ordering, please keep my art style in mind. There are some areas in which I have little or no experience, and as such, I may not be able to provide you with high-quality artwork. As an artist is still improving and learning, art may look different during each period.

2. What I will draw:     

  ✔ Normal size or chibi humanoid characters   

  ✔ OCs     

  ✔ Fan art     

  ✔ Adoptables or designs     

  ✔ Simple furries ( need to check)

3. What I will NOT draw:     

  ✖ Explicit NSFW     

  ✖ Offensive subjects​​

SECTION V. THE END

​

1. This TOS is subject to change without notice. Changes will not be applied retroactively.

2. The final art is a PNG file, 300 dpi.

3. The client will receive a copy of the original size drawing without a watermark, plus a reduced (if necessary) drawing with the watermark for reposting purposes.

4. When the client pays the invoice, they acknowledge that they understand and agree with these statements.
